Counts leave out our own tests. A failed check is usually the target site blocking or timing out, and it never costs anything.
ProofFetch checks itself every 5 minutes with a real fetch and a database read, and posts every outage here with its start and end. When an outage runs past 60 minutes, every paid key that had credits left when it began gets 10% of its pack added as bonus credits (at least 1), automatically. No claim needed.
None recorded.
An outage is a failed check, or more than 15 minutes without one: it counts from the last check that ran. The checks run on Cloudflare's scheduler, the same network as the service.
